দরবারী কানাড়ি-কাওয়ালি
আজি ঘুম নহে, নিশি জাগরণ।
চাঁদেরে ঘিরি' নাচে ধীরি ধীরি
তারা অগণন॥
প্রখর-দাহন দিবস-আলো,
নলিনী-দলে ঘুম তখনি ভালো।
চাঁদ চন্দন চোখে বুলালো
খোলো গো নিদ-মহল-আবরণ॥
ঘু'রে ঘু'রে গ্রহ, তারা, বিশ্ব, আনন্দে
নাচিছে নাচুনী ঘূর্ণীর ছন্দে।
লুকোচুরি-নাচ মেঘ তারা মাঝে,
নাচিছে ধরণী আলোছায়া-সাজে,
ঝিল্লির ঘুমুর ঝুমু ঝুমু বাজে
খুলি খুলি পড়ে ফুল-আভরণ॥
