সেদিনও সকাল বেলা
খেলেছি কুসুম-খেলা,
আজি যে কাঁদি একেলা
এ ভাঙা মেলায়,
কেন এলে অবেলায়॥
ক্লান্ত দিবস দূরে
কাঁদিছে পিলুর সুরে,
কেন শত পথ ঘুরে
আসিলে হেথায়॥
