বাদল-মেঘের মাদল তালে
ময়ূর নাচে দুলে দুলে।
আকাশে নাচে মেঘের পরি
বিজলি-জরিন ফিতা পড়ে খুলে॥
কদম্ব-ডালে ঝুলনিয়া ঝুলায়ে,
বনের বেণি কেয়াফুল দুলায়ে,
তাল-তমাল-বনে কাজল বুলায়ে
বর্ষারানি নাচে এলোচুলে॥
তরঙ্গ-রঙ্গে নাচে নটিনি,
ভরা যৌবন ভাদর-তটিনী,
পরি ফুলমালা নাচে বনবালা
সবুজ সুধার লহর তুলে॥
