সেই মুক্ত বন্যাধারায় ধারায় চিত্ত মৃত্যু-আবেশ হারায়,
ও সেই রসের পরশ পেয়ে ধরা নিত্যনবীনবর্ণা।
তার কলধ্বনি দখিন-হাওয়ায় ছড়ায় গগনময়,
মর্মরিয়া আসে ছুটে নবীন কিশলয়।
বনের বীণায় বীণায় ছন্দ জাগে বসন্তপঞ্চমের রাগে—
ও সেই সুরে সুরে সুর মিলিয়ে আনন্দগান ধর্-না।
