পরো পরো চৈতালি-সাঁঝে কুসমি শাড়ি।
আজি তোমার রূপের সাথে চাঁদের আড়ি॥
পরো ললাটে কাচপোকার টিপ,
তুমি আলতা পরো পায়ে হৃদি নিঙাড়ি॥
প্রজাপতির ডানা-ঝরা সোনার টোপাতে,
ভাঙা ভুরু জোড়া দিয়ো রাতুল শোভাতে।
বেল-যূথিকার গোড়ে-মালা পরো খোঁপাতে,
দিয়ো উত্তরীয় শিউলি-বোঁটার রঙে ছোপাতে।
রাঙা সাঁঝের সতিনি তুমি রূপ-কুমারী॥
