বনে বনে জাগে কী আকুল হরষন।
ফুল-দেবতা এল দিতে ফুল-পরশন॥
হরিততর আজি পল্লব বনবাস,
মুকুল-জাগানিয়া সমীরণ ফেলে শ্বাস,
বেপথু লতা যাচে মধুপের দরশন॥
কিশোর-হিয়া-মাঝে যৌবন-দেবতা
গোপনে আনে নব জাগরণ-বারতা,
বধূর সাথে খোঁজে বঁধু বন নিরজন॥
