শ্যামসুন্দর, হায় ভাসে নয়নজলে।।
দেখো যমুনা জলে শূন্য তরী দোলে।
শূন্যে ঝোলে ঝুলা নীপতরু তলে-
‘রাধে রাধে’ বলে।
কুঞ্জে নীরব পাখি, পুচ্ছ মেলে না শিখী,
পবন থাকি থাকি, দীর্ঘ নিশ্বাস ফেলে ।
এসো গো মানিনী, মাধ্যে বিমোহিনী,
এসো বিরহিনী, এক বধু গলে-
‘শ্যাম শ্যাম’বলে।।
